• For each offered product, we have provided information about the estimated delivery time. If your order contains several products, the delivery time will be the same as for the product with the longest waiting period.
• The order processing time begins at the moment the order is placed.
• Shipping times are calculated based on business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the next available business day.
• Once the package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status on the courier company's website. This way, you will stay updated on the current location of your order.
• The courier company is not obligated to inform the customer by phone about the expected delivery time.
• If you receive a package with visible external damage, report this to the courier and fill out a damage report in their presence. Please also contact our customer service department immediately for further instructions.
