Image and text copyright

4. Entering photos or texts into computer memory and digitally processing them.
5. Using photos or texts directly or indirectly for commercial purposes.

Consent is not required solely for the personal use of photos or texts.

Violation of the above rules may result in civil or criminal liability. If a copyright infringement of photos or texts is found, particularly through their use for sales or financial gain, Grupa Orion Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością has the right to pursue its rights through legal proceedings.
