This ensures perfect conditions for cooking, frying, and simmering. The lighter shade of the thermo point changes color at approximately 160°C and disappears completely at around 210°C. The thermal point protects the cookware from overheating, thus preserving its non-stick properties. It can be used with minimal fat.
