Thick Pumpkin Soup with Fresh Ginger and Cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:
1. Preparing the Pumpkin: Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, peel it, and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Peel and finely chop the ginger.
2. Sautéing: In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and sauté until golden brown. Then add the chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté for another 2 minutes until they start to release their intense aroma.
