Summer is a time for relaxation, social gatherings, and a break from everyday duties. But often, our regular physical activity takes a back seat – long evenings in the garden or holiday trips easily replace workouts. Getting back into movement after a few weeks off may seem challenging, but with the right mindset it can be enjoyable and rewarding.
1. Start Slowly and Gradually
